Daniel is a musician and student at Bristol Institute of Modern Music. His entry is a collaborative effort between himself and another musician, Bradley Gray, who did the mixing/mastering on the track.

Daniel tells us:

“I’ve been playing music on bass, guitar and any other instruments I can get my hands on for the past five years. I can now include car parts to my portfolio!”

Brendan certainly has the name to go along with his DJ/mixing skills.

Brendan tells us:

“I really enjoyed this project. Music, synths and samples have been a love and hobby of mine for years. I hope you like it.”

Peter writes music in a variety of styles, from fairly straightforward guitar based stuff, to more experimental

Michael is quite new to the music making scene and used Ableton Live to produce the track which was his first use of the software.

Michael tells us:

“I wish I had discovered the competition sooner as learning to use my new software was a challenge in the time I had. It was certainly a steep learning curve but I enjoyed trying to figure out how I could make the sound samples into a musical piece.”
